Shailendra Dubey

Shailendra has over two decades of experience across Wealth Management, Mutual
Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Estate and Succession Planning. After
working as Private Banker and Regional Manager in an Asset Management
Company he moved in Estate and Succession Planning space.
He had worked for companies like ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Mutual Funds, Tata Asset
Management, Reliance Capital Asset Management & Universal Trustees before
starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2018.
Shailendra has worked with some large business houses in India and advised them
on issues related to Family Business Succession, Family Governance, Wills, Trusts
and other Estate Planning matters. He is a Chartered Trust and Estate Planner
(CTEP) from American Academy of Financial Management and regularly writes
articles, conducts seminars and makes videos on this subject.
He has been recognised for his work by Times Group and awarded as one of the
“Times Leading Icons 2021” for excellence in Estate and Succession Planning.

Bharati has a diverse experience spanning 20 years across Pharma, Banking, Hospitality and Financial Product distribution. She has worked in organisations like Zydus Cadila, Alkem Lab.& ICICI Bank.
She comes with rich experience in Product Management, Corporate Sales, Back-office operations and Client Servicing.
She did her Bachelor of Science from Bhavans College and MBA from Janki Devi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JDBIMS)
